The Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie de Lyon is a cultural center focused solely on gastronomy. It is situated in the Grand Hôtel-Dieu in Lyon and is one of the French cultural facilities designated for tourism by the State. This was initiated as a result of UNESCO's inclusion of the French gastronomic meal as intangible cultural heritage of humanity in 2010.
